Wen Dong, Henan: Small Town in Details

Charley has the most amazing macro lens.

Misty day.

Car trouble.

So many doors.

All of them different.

Most of the kids had frost bitten cheeks.

Lots of dogs. This one is for my grandma, so cute!

Muddy, soggy streets because of the melting snow.

If you forget to wear gloves it's ok, they are already attached to the handle bars.

Doing laundry.

It was a maze of small streets.

Harvesting lotus. Really fascinating.

We walked down a lot of stairs and explored these marshes. It used to be a tourist attraction park, but now it's used
for lotus and ducks.

They wore body suits. Serious stuff.

Dragon- remnant of the tourist days.

...not so fortunate.

Home of the lotus harvesters.

I liked this homemade kennel.

The people that live here let us come aboard and take pictures from the top deck. Really friendly people.

By the garbage dump.

Scruffy, he didn't like me very much.

Outside the general store.

At the small street market.

Just incase you can't squat anymore. Since there is no indoor plumping all the squatty potties are outside. See that snow? It was pretty chilly.
